WHO WE ARE
Grow Together Occupational Therapy is a kids’ therapy service based in Buderim, Queensland.
We help children and families build skills for everyday life—like moving their bodies, handling big feelings, making friends, and feeling good at school or home.
We believe kids grow best when they feel safe, supported and understood. That’s why we follow each child’s lead, work closely with families, and always focus on what makes your child unique.
We meet kids where they’re at and help them take small steps in their own time. We work in lots of places—like your home, kindy, school, or in our colourful new clinic that’s full of fun and welcoming spaces for kids to play and learn.
WHO WE SUPPORT
We support children and their families from 0 - 18 years old. We meet children exactly where they are. We have extensive experience with complex disabilities, autism, genetic disorders and developmental delay.

MEET JO
FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR
I’m the founder of Grow Together and a paediatric OT who’s been supporting kids and families for over 10 years. I’m all about playful, strengths-based therapy that feels good—for kids and grown-ups.
Jo has her undergrad in Occupational Therapy and a Master's degree in Education, specialising in behaviour. Jo is trained across a variety of therapy approaches, including extensive experience in early intervention and the Early Start Denver Model. Jo is trained in the circle of security and has recently become certified in Ayres Sensory Integration.
Outside of work, she is a big dog person - my two rescue pups are part of the Grow Together spirit (even if they don’t make it to the clinic!).
MEET GABBY
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Gabby is a shining star in our Grow Together team. Gabby is a passionate and curious therapist who always has the best out of the box ideas.
Gabby genuinely loves being a paediatric therapist and has a lot of fun every day. Gabby is trained in sensory integration and enjoys working with children presenting with PDA. Gabby further enjoys supporting children and their families with Ehlers Stanlos Syndrome and brings a wealth of knowledge in this area.
Outside of work, Gabby loves switching between her many hobbies!
MEET ASHA
THERAPY ASSISTANT
Asha is our incredible therapy assistant. Asha came to Grow Together after working as a support worker for children with complex disabilities.
Asha has a deep understanding and a beautiful instinct for meeting children exactly where they are. Asha is fun, kind and empathetic. We are os lucky to have her on our team.
